The brush factory Hans P. Maier was founded in 1969 by Hans Peter Maier and Manfred Wiessner. Since then the brushes are manufactured in a modern factory in Wilhermsdorf and in a branch in Bechhofen, the traditional center of the brush handcraft. The head quarter and the logistics are located in Nuremberg.

1992 Dr. Thomas Wiessner joined the enterprise and set priorities for a further company growth – especially in the direction of internationality.

For instance Hans P. Maier GmbH has also a production site in the Czech Republic. Since 2007 we keep an own office in China being responsible for the economic purchase of components and finished products in the low cost segment.

Already since 2005 the certification according to the environmental standards (FSC®) is effected in order to meet the growing demands of environmental and quality standards.
Today our brush factory offers about 100 employees a safe job with all advantages of a medium-sized enterprise.

The constant observation of new trends in the nail market, cosmetic market as well as in the hobby and artists market and their speedy implementation  keep our assortment up to date and attractive.
